Your Right to Remain Silent

Your Right to Remain Silent
Your Right to Remain Silent

The best general advice that a criminal defense attorney can give is this, shut up. Just shut up. Invoke your right to remain silent. As you may know, what you say can and will be used against you. If you notice, it does not say that it will be used for you. In fact, because of self-serving, hearsay, what you say, professing your own innocence is not admissible at trial.

So, Just shut up. Just shut up.
