About Rising Phoenix Law
Rising Phoenix Law was founded as an idea. The idea that legal representation should focus, first and foremost, on the client and the representation the client receives. Rising Phoenix Law refuses to handle more cases, and increase profits, at the expense of quality of representation. We handle Domestic Violence, Violent Crimes, Drug Charges, Weapons Charges, Felonies, and Misdemeanors.
Meet Our Attorney
About Andrew Long
Andrew Charles Long is a former Public Defender who worked for both the Mohave and Pima County Public Defender’s Offices. As a Public Defender, he handled more than 2,000 criminal cases; both misdemeanor and felony, and successfully litigated several felony and misdemeanor trials and pre-trial motions. Andrew has a passion for the law and defending his clients’ rights.

Served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2004–2008 (honorable service).
Early Education
Towson University – Graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science.
Law School
Arizona State University – Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Twice received the William C. Pedrick Scholar award (merit-based academic recognition). Completed the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office clinic. Involved in veterans’ and homeless legal assistance organizations during law school.
Early career
Worked as a public defender for both Mohave County and Pima County Public Defender's Offices, handling more than 2,000 criminal cases, including both misdemeanors and felonies, and litigating several jury and bench trials and pre-trial motions.
