Meet Our Attorney
About Andrew Long
Andrew Charles Long is a former Public Defender who worked for both the Mohave and Pima County Public Defender’s Offices. He has handled thousands of criminal cases, both misdemeanor and felony, as a public defender and as a private criminal defense attorney, taking many to trial and litigating pre-trial motions. Andrew has a passion for the law and defending his clients’ rights.

Served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2004–2008 (honorable service).
Early Education
Towson University – Graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science.
Law School
Arizona State University – Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Twice received the William C. Pedrick Scholar award (merit-based academic recognition). Completed the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office clinic. Involved in veterans’ and homeless legal assistance organizations during law school.
Early career
Worked as a public defender for both Mohave County and Pima County Public Defender's Offices, handling more than 2,000 criminal cases, including both misdemeanors and felonies, and litigating several jury and bench trials and pre-trial motions.
